I completed my Ph.D. in Monogastric Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign in 2008 under Dr. Hans S. Stein. I worked on the analysis of Maillard reaction products and digestibility of amino acids in distillers dried grains with solubles fed to pigs. I am currently working as Head of Research and Development for San Miguel Foods, Manila Philippines.
