My name is Bibiana Jaramillo H. I am from Colombia. I have been working as an Animal Nutritionist since 2005 specifically formulating diets, technical support and nutritional consulter in poultry and swine. I got my Master degree in Monogastric Nutrition in 2021 from Faculty of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences, University of Antioquia.

For the last 4 years (because of a new role as a technical leader in the company which I worked for) I worked with really interesting people in Universities as: Maryland, Georgia, Illinois and Pretoria (South Africa) on research and I started to feel the passion to get deeper on science, trials and investigation, how apply it to the feed industry in nutrition, but mostly because I want to be professor or research leader someday.

Last year I was invited by Professor Hans Stein, to be part of his team, and study my PhD here in University of Illinois, and I said yes immediately! 

I am the biggest fan to live in couple and I got married in 2018. I am the third of five children, and I love to play guitar and sing!
