Personnel changes
Diego Rodriguez completed his internship and returned to Colombia. We will miss Diego, and wish him the best in the rest of his schooling and in his future career.
Lab activities
Ferdinando finished an experiment on amino acid digestibility in heat damaged sunflower meal, and began one on amino acid digestibility in heat damaged cottonseed meal.
Jin finished a study of ileal digestibility of amino acids in fermented soybean meal products.
Caroline started a calcium digestibility study.
Travel
Former Master's student Nestor Gutierrez visited in late March-early April.
The lab hosted two visitors from Korea as well as a general manager from CJ America on April 18th.
Dr. Beau Peterson visited and met with lab members on April 27.
