December 2019 Lab News

Achievements

On December 18th, Cristhiam Muñoz successfully defended his Masters Thesis on "Description and Commissioning of a novel swine calorimeter unit to calculate heat production and net energy in group-housed pigs". Big congratulations!!!

Personnel changes

Minoy Cristobal finished his period as visiting scholar, he is becoming a Masters student in Poultry nutrition at the University of Illinois.

Our laboratory has a new member is Maria Clara - daughter of our post-doc Maryane Oliveira.
