Doctor Stein gave some conferences:

- In Global Dairy Platform. What is next for protein quality in research and policy? GDP Webinar. March 19, 2025. he talked about: "Protein quality of food proteins: Towards improved amino acid nutrition".
- At the College of Agriculture and Food Science, University of the Philippines, Los Banos, The Philippines. Webinar. March 21, 2025. He gave a talk about: "Calcium, Phosphorus, and phytase in diets for growing pigs".

- Jessica Acosta Ph D student in our lab presented a talk about: “Nitrogen retention not different in pigs fed DL-Methionine or MHA-Ca”. She also presented poster “SDF, IDF, and TDF in feed ingredients used in swine diets”
- Diego Guerrero our newest Ph D student presented a talk about: “Dietary vitamin concentrations and of 25(OH)D3 in diets for growing-finishing pigs”, and Diego also presented a poster about: “Supplementation of 25(OH)D3 in sow diets”
- Yeonwoo Kim, master student in our lab talked about: "Pistachio blanks fed to growing pigs", and he also presented a poster about: "Energy in corn, SBM, and soybean hulls fed to growing pigs and sows"
