Take-home message:

  • Addition of either gums or soapstock, or a combination of gums, soapstock and weeds/trash, leads to a decrease in amino acid digestibilities.
  • There was no effect of addition of weeds/trash.
  • Roasted soybeans were less digestible than soybean meal.
