Achievements

On November 29th, Jessica Acosta successfully defended her Masters thesis. She presented her work about use of xylanase in diets for gestating and lactating sows and then answered questions from the committee.

Conferences

On November 1st, Dr. Stein gave an online conference about Micro minerals in diets for pigs. For Trouw Nutrition, Bangkok, Thailand.

Personnel changes

We have a new visiting scholar Jessica Lozano. She is from La Salle University in Bogota - Colombia, and she will assist with the work in our calorimeter unit.
