Our team participated in Animal Science Appreciation week and made a fairy tale on a door and had been recognized as having the strongest theme.

 

Conferences

Dr. Stein gave some conferences online:

  • At Joint IAEA Technical meeting on the way forward for the assessment of the protein requirements and protein quality and for the development of a protein digestibility database in Vienna, Austria. from October 10 to 13, and he talked about "Oro-ileal disappearance of amino acids in human foods determined in a pig model".
  • On October 24 at Ridley Feed Ingredients, Mankato, MN., about "Added value soybean products".
  • In Thai Food Group, Bangkok, Thailand on October 24, about "Digestibility of Ca and P by pigs".

 

New Experiments

Natalia Faneli started am experiment about "Determination of DIAAS and PDCAAS values for seven BENEO protein concentrates".
