Enhanced torula yeast has increased nutritional value compared to fish meal when fed to weanling pigs

Paola Lancheros, a Master’s student in the Stein Monogastric Nutrition Lab, presents the results of three experiments to determine the amino acid digestibility, concentrations of digestible and metabolizable energy, and phosphorus digestibility in torula yeast as compared with fish meal when fed to weanling pigs.
