Jessica Acosta, a visiting scholar in the Stein lab, discusses ProCap DDGS, a high-protein co-product of the dry-grind ethanol industry. She reports the results of a study to determine the concentration and standardized ileal digestibility of crude protein and amino acids in ProCap and compares it with conventional DDGS and soybean meal.
